With a background in wellness coaching, movement, and holistic practices, I’ve spent years refining a method that blends movement, mindful practices, holistic nutrition, and lifestyle guidance to support women in cultivating lasting energy, resilience, and inner balance. As a certified yoga teacher, I’ve witnessed the profound transformation that comes from the combination of these practices, especially when navigating the pressures of a demanding life.

Beyond yoga, I specialize in holistic nutrition, nature therapy and primal practices, supporting women to nurture themselves fully, body, mind, and spirit.
