2. Booking & Payment

  • Booking: To begin using our services, you must complete a consultation request form or book an initial consultation. A consultation is required before any services are rendered.

  • Payment: Services must be paid for in advance of each session or based on the payment plan agreed upon at the time of booking. Prices are as listed on the website or agreed upon in your individual consultation.

  • Cancellations: We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any sessions. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount or %].

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services or programs at any time, at our sole discretion. Additionally, we reserve the right to update or change our pricing. Any changes will be communicated prior to the change taking effect.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and intellectual property provided by ESSENCE METHOD™ (including, but not limited to, wellness plans, templates, and any digital content) are the property of ESSENCE METHOD™ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express permission.

ESSENCE METHOD™ reserves the right to terminate services to any client who violates these Terms and Conditions or fails to comply with the agreed-upon plans or payments. Clients may also terminate services at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, any payments made will be subject to the cancellation policy.

In the event of any dispute, ESSENCE METHOD™ and the client agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably through informal discussions. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to seek mediation or other forms of alternative dispute resolution before pursuing legal action.
